View of Terrace

On a prestigious block of Delancey Place in Philadelphia is the Rosenbach Museum, the house where Pearl S. Buck spent her late years, and a townhouse built in the 1840s in almost original condition. To this fine residence a new addition was added to the rear yard. Features included a raised outdoor terrace, powder room, coat area, a new modern kitchen, a breakfast area with a large curved leaded glass window and a two-car parking garage.
