A ninth-floor apartment in a Historic Landmark Building, 580 Park Avenue by Rosario Candela and James Carpenter, was redesigned and modernized for a discriminating client. The original floor plan was altered only slightly, but the changes included a rework of the master suite, elegant cabinets in the rotunda, and a new modern kitchen. Interior design by Markham Roberts.
